But I noticed that is says "this video is not available to be viewed, but you can view thousands more on VH1" something like that. Barbls, I remember in one of the FYE promo interviews, Adam said he had to pay for his tour, he probably has to pay for his promo too, if that's the case, I wouldn't want Adam to be spending his hard earned money on those jerks. Bet RCA is no better than those indies, they're all blood suckers.

I was listening to the Chicago Mix last night as I was voting and was thrilled to hear NCOE. They do play his song. I really putz with the process to try and get the song played. They have tons of songs on the playlist available, many are rather old. So I was excited.

I also notice that some of these voting links may be old. Mix.FM Asia never changes. I can only vote for BTIKM and it's always #18. I assume something is wrong, but it has taken my votes.

I think money was put behind WWFM and less toward IIHY because it was Adam's first album coming off of AI. With Trespassing not much money seems to be spent toward radio. Some adds, but not the money that gets you a lot of spins. I just don't get RCA and how they pick the artists to support big time with Radio and others just a little.

Barbls, thanks for the AOL loop, will keep both loops playing. Great idea finding the independent stations, they're more honest and play what listeners really want, I'm sure DJs love that better than given a playlist to play the same crappy songs over and over again. It was not to dissuade anyone from requesting. I do feel we need to think out of the box in order to get Adam's music out. I am using Spotify, Last.FM and Mog to help do this. I also think we should be requesting like mad at Sirius. They are one of the few that state "If you request, we will play" and have been doing just that. Alice and also Q102 have been very supportive. I would love to get my hands on a list of independent stations and start requesting there as we have a better chance of getting NCOE played on thpse stations. They do not owe allegiance to the 3 Conglomerates that own radio. It seems that RCA though very supportive of Adam did not pay the big stations to give NCOE the spins it needs to be in the top 15. They only paid enough to get it added at some stations. Deregulation of the airways has made it impossible for most artists to get their music played anymore. it is really very upsetting. Only those chosen few whose record companies pay receive the honor of getting enough spins to climb the charts.
